Terms & Conditions

1. The client has to make sure at their own discretion that all of the questions within the commission form have been answered accurately.2. If required, direct messaging within TWITTER can be used for inquiries and clarification. Contact hours are from Mon - Fri from 6 a.m to 1 p.m GMT (except Wed), and therefore direct messages will be answered during those hours.3. LOFICOMMS is allowed to turn a client down under any circumstances.4. Prices are negotiable ONLY WITHIN THE RANGE SPECIFIED.5. PAYMENT FIRST POLICY. For the commission to start, full payment should be made upfront after the invoice is handed over to the client. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the commission.6. The client must provide LOFICOMMS with a verified and working carrd account. Pro accounts are not necessary.8. Transaction will take place in Buy Me A Coffee, and hence there is a 1.5 transaction fee automatically added to the total.9. Turnover rate is heavily dependent on the workload. Simple carrd approximately will take 3 days - 1 week depending on its complexity. Complex carrds will take up to 2 - 3 weeks approximately depending on the complexity. No matter the time taken for the commission, the customer will be constantly contacted to confirm if the commission is going in the direction wanted.10. CREDIT SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED. The credit will be embedded in the design of the carrd and will not be disruptive.11. Cancellations are not allowed, so be extra sure if you want your carrd. Once the order is placed, a refund will not be given back if cancelled.12. Editing the carrd after handover is permitted but not encouraged. If the mechanics are broken, then contact LOFICOMMS via direct messaging. However, a guaranteed fix is not promised. If the faulty carrd needs complex fixes, an additional fee may be imposed.13. Tips and shout-out posts are not required, but they are very much appreciated. Thank you very much!
